How it will work

Four steps, in the order they happen

When the tools open, you can stop at any step. Nothing will be shared with anyone unless you choose to share it.

  1. Answer guided questions

You will answer plain questions about your studies, work, English test, savings and family, one at a time. Skip anything you are unsure about.

Free · English, Urdu or Roman Urdu

  2. See which routes you may qualify for

We will compare your answers with the published rules for 14 routes and show where you may be eligible, the rule behind each result, and anything that still needs checking.

Every rule links to its source

  3. Prepare your papers

You will get one checklist for your route, including Pakistani steps such as HEC, IBCC and MOFA attestation, with reminders before anything expires.

    Reminders before deadlines

  4. Get licensed help, if you want it

You will be able to compare Verified consultants, agree the fee in PKR in writing, and share only the documents you choose.

    Optional · licence checked first

Licence checks

How licence checks will work

Anyone can print a business card that says “visa consultant”. When Verified consultants opens, a consultant or agency will be listed only after we match their licence on the official public register. Each badge will show the licence number, the date of the check and a link to the live record, so you never have to take our word for it.

You can check a licence yourself today on these registers:

  • IAA · United Kingdom

    Immigration Advice Authority

Anyone giving UK immigration advice in the UK must be registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (formerly the OISC) or be a regulated lawyer.

Find a regulated adviser (opens in a new tab)
  • CICC · Canada

College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants

Paid Canadian immigration advice must come from a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) licensed by the CICC, a lawyer or another member of a Canadian provincial law society, such as a licensed paralegal, or a Quebec notary.

Visit the CICC (opens in a new tab)
  • BE&OE · Pakistan to the Gulf

Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment

Use an Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) licensed by the BE&OE under the Emigration Ordinance 1979, or verify direct employment through the BE&OE. Either way, you register with the Protector of Emigrants before you travel.

Visit the BE&OE (opens in a new tab)

What each licence check will include

  1. The licence number, matched against the official public register.
  2. A dated record of the check, kept as evidence.
  3. Regular re-checks, not a one-off.
  4. The listing paused if a licence expires or can't be found, until a reviewer looks at it.

What each badge will mean

  • Check pendingCheck not finished yet. Don't pay anything yet.
  • Not verifiedLicence expired or not found on the register.

Our promise

We will never promise you a visa.

Only the embassy or immigration authority decides your application. Nobody can promise the result, and paying extra will not change it. We show you the rule, the official source and your next step. The decision stays with them; the choices stay with you.

If anyone promises you a guaranteed visa or a “100% success rate”, treat it as a red flag.

  • No promised outcomes, from anyone

Not from us, and not from any consultant who will be listed here. It will be written into every listing agreement.

  • Fees in writing, in PKR

When consultants join, you will see the full fee and refund terms in a written agreement before you pay anything.

  • Tell us if someone does

If anyone promises you an outcome, report it to us. We will look into it and tell you what we found.

For consultants and OEPs

A CRM built around your client's journey

We are building one place to manage leads, cases, document requests and agreements. Your clients will see the same route on their phone, so there will be fewer calls asking what happens next.

  • A listing that shows your licence number and a link to the live record
  • Document requests with reminders in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu
  • Service agreements with fees in PKR and e-sign
  • Leads only from applicants who chose to contact you

A listing will need a current IAA, CICC or BE&OE OEP licence, checked before it goes live.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

Still unsure about something? Write to us in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu.

Contact us

Is Pardes Path free for applicants?

Yes. Reading route guides is free today, and the free check, checklists and document vault will be free for applicants when they open. Consultants will pay for the CRM. You only pay a consultant if you choose to hire one, and you agree the fee with them directly.

Can anyone promise me a visa?

No. Nobody can, so be careful with anyone who says they can. Only the embassy or immigration authority of the destination country decides. We help you understand the rules and their official sources, and once the free check opens it will show whether you may be eligible.

Is this immigration advice?

No. Pardes Path gives general information, not immigration advice. For advice on your own situation, speak to a regulated professional. When Verified consultants opens, it will list only professionals whose licence has been checked.

How will you check a consultant's licence?

Before a consultant or agency is listed in Verified consultants, we will match their licence on the official public register: the IAA for the UK, the CICC for Canada and the BE&OE list of licensed Overseas Employment Promoters for jobs abroad. We will keep a dated record of each check, check again on a schedule, and pause a listing if a licence expires or can't be found. You can check any licence yourself today on the same registers.

An agent has offered me a job in the Gulf. How do I know it's safe?

Ask for the agent's OEP licence number and check it with the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BE&OE). If you found the job yourself, verify the direct employment through the BE&OE instead. Either way, you register with the Protector of Emigrants before you travel. Never travel on a visit visa to work, and never hand over money without an official receipt.

Who will be able to see my documents?

When the document vault opens: only you, unless you choose to share. Documents will be encrypted, a consultant will only see what you share for a case you approve, every view will be logged, and you will be able to withdraw access at any time. Until then, please don't send us documents.

Which countries do you cover?

We start with the United Kingdom, Canada, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Germany and Schengen short visits: 14 routes in total. More destinations will follow.

Which languages will Pardes Path use?

English today. Urdu and Roman Urdu are planned, and you can already write to us in any of the three.

What does it cost?

Applicants pay nothing to use Pardes Path. Consultants and agencies will pay a monthly subscription for the CRM; the For consultants page shows indicative prices.
